Please note that VPLink can be set up on all OS X versions. This manual introduces how to set up VPLink on OS X 10.9.2.
A single VPLink subscription can be used simultaneously on three different devices.

1. Setup a L2TP VPN connection

• Select Network in System Preference

  

• Click the + button on the left side to create a new network

  

• Select VPN in Interface

  

• Select L2TP over IPSec in VPN Type

  

• Create a Service name and click Create

• Set up your VPLink account:

  a. Server Address: china.vplink.net

  b. Account Name: the username of your VPLink account

  Note: VPLink is just an example and the Username will be sent to your email box by VPLink after registration.

  

• Click Authentication Settings and enter your Password and Shared Secret

  a. Password: your Password

  Note: The password will be sent to your email box by VPLink after registration.

  b. Shared Secret: speedervpn

  

• Click OK

• Click Advanced and check the boxes of:

  a. Disconnect when switching user accounts

  b. Disconnect when user logs out

  c. Send all traffic over VPN connection

  

• Click OK

• Click Apply and Connect

  

2. Setup a PPTP VPN connection

• Select Network in System Preference

  

• Click the + button on left side to create a new network

  

• Select VPN in Interface

  

• Select PPTP in VPN Type

  

• Create a Service name and click Create

• Enter your account information

  a. Server Address: china.vplink.net

  b. Account Name: the username of your VPlink account

  c. Encryption: Maximum(128 bit only)

  Note: VPLink is just an example and the Username will be sent to your email box by VPLink after registration.

  

• Click Authentication Settings and enter your Password

  Note: The password will be sent to your email box by VPLink after registration.

  

• Click OK

• Click Advanced and check the boxes of:

  a. Disconnect when switching user accounts

  b. Disconnect when user logs out

  c. Send all traffic over VPN connection

  

• Click OK

• Click Apply and Connect
